Platform and accounts

The platform coordinates service requests, appointments, and records between customers and service businesses. Registration and functional use remain invitation-only. Keep your login secure, provide accurate information, and access only information you own or are explicitly authorized to use.

Service arrangements

Service availability, estimates, pricing, appointment changes, payments, and warranties must be confirmed with the responsible service business. A platform notification does not itself guarantee a provider’s availability or completion of work. Do not upload information you lack permission to share or use the platform for unlawful activity.

SMS Terms

With your separate consent, Teckrom Services by Teckrom Inc sends service request updates, scheduling, confirmations, rescheduling, cancellations, appointment reminders, and related support messages. Message frequency varies with your service activity. Message and data rates may apply.

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or account creation. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@teckrom.com. After opting out, you may receive a confirmation of your unsubscribe request. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed; check the platform for appointment details.
